The Yachtdomain Group is delighted to introduce its newest member, Dan Wein.  Dan brings his considerable marine industry skills to boost Yachtdomain’s presence in the New Zealand yacht brokerage market.

Daniel hails from Auckland’s North Shore where his passion for boating started at a very young age. Growing up near the ocean led to many waterborne hobbies such as sailing, water skiing and later game fishing. Daniel spent years in Europe, crewing on superyachts in the Mediterranean and skippering large chase boats. He spent the low seasons working in yacht maintenance yards, which allowed him to learn and shape his knowledge in all aspects of the marine industry.  His experience has encompassed boatbuilding, marine electronics and superyacht refit work as well as engaging competitively in Sports Fishing, where he has been taking home accolades in the New Zealand National Championships for light-line marlin fishing.

Daniel’s confident and easy manner, along with his proven communication and negotiating skills, and his desire to make his mark in the marine industry are a key asset to both Yachtdomain New Zealand’s clients and customers alike.
