About the role

We are seeking a person with extensive boating experience and ideally launches, to join a happy small team.  Busfield Marine core business is brokering the sale of used sailboats and launches. We are also the New Zealand agents and the range of Bavaria sail and motor boats which are built in Germany as well as the very popular Nautitech range of sail and power catamarans from France.

This is a commission-only position.  We work as a team, so all help and advice will be provided, but the successful applicant is expected to be self-reliant, and will require a high level of boating and industry experience in order to secure a satisfactory income.

An outgoing personality is essential as is a good level of computer skills. A well-presented vehicle is a requirement.

You will not be stuck in an office all day – you will spend time travelling to other Marinas, and out on the water doing sea-trials.
